Our Relationship with Coffs Coast Accommodation (CCA) and Luxury Beach Getaways (LBG)
Coffs Coast Concierge has an agreement with above entities, to provide services to their guests. In order to make an accommodation booking with CCA and LBG, the booking guest must be over the age of 21. We only provide services to guests of CCA and LBG either immediately before or during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to people not staying in properties of CCA and LBG. Limitation of liability
Coffs Coast Concierge does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connections with your convention pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control. Coffs Coast Concierge do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Coffs Coast Concierge immediately at Melissa@coffscoastconcierge.com.au . The Coffs Coast Concierge agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once Coffs Coast Concierge has accepted payment for an order, cancelation of the order is within the sole discretion of Coffs Coast Concierge. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to Coffs Coast Concierge terms, conditions and policies relating to Refunds or Cancellations involving Third Parties.
Refunds or Cancellations involving Third Parties
If the services you require cannot be provided by the third party supplier, but you have paid Coffs Coast Concierge to connect you with such service or Operator, we will provide a refund of the funds you have paid to us. If you pay the third paty directly, you must contact the third party for the refundf. Coffs Coast Concierge makes no warranty and/or representations about the fitness or suitability of an Operator’s product or service and is not liable for any misrepresentation, errors or omissions. All claims are the responsibility of the Operator, Coffs Coast Concierge has no liability to you in any nature or for any injury incurred as a result of the service provided by the third party. If you are not happy with a service from a third party operator and request a refund or compensation for that service, you will be subject to the third party's refund and cancelation policies.
Cancellation by Coffs Coast Concierge
Coffs Coast Concierge reserves the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at the sole discretion of Coffs Coast Concierge at any time. We offer services exclusively to the guests of Coffs Coast Accommodation and Luxury Beach Getaways. All properties that we offer services to can be found at www.coffscoastaccommodation.com.au . If you are a guest of a property not listed with Coffs Coast Accommodation, we reserve the right to not provide service to you. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, Coffs Coast Concierge will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Dispatch and Deliveries
It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. Should you enter incorrect delivery or collection information Coffs Coast Concierge are not obliged to redeliver or collect the order to or from the correct address at our expense.
Coffs Coast Concierge will provide you with an expected delivery goal of all services. Whilst Coffs Coast Concierge makes every effort to deliver on time, all dates and times specified are estimates only. Without limiting the operation of any other terms or conditions herein, Coffs Coast Concierge will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, or for items missing in your order. For grocery collection via Click and Collect from Coles at Moonee Beach , or any other provider, Coffs Coast Concierge is not responsibile for any items that the supplier does not include in the order. If grocery items are missing from the order, it is the guest's reposibility to follow up their order with the grocery supplier for items not included, whether the goods were not included due to the provider's error, or if the items were not in stock. If you have issues with the items provided in your click and collect order, please call Coles at Moonee Beach Click and Collect on 0466 727 931. We will do our best to advise you of any items that are missing from your order, but hold no responsibility for the items provided.
Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, Coffs Coast Concierge will not accept liability for any loss or damage from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Suppliers
If you enter into a transaction through Coffs Coast Concierge to purchase services, for those services supplied directly by third party, Coffs Coast Concierge is not responsible for the provision of those services or for any misunderstanding between you and the Suppler. In all arrangements involving the direct provision of services by third parties, Coffs Coast Concierge accepts no liability of any kind in connection with or arising from such an arrangement. If the services you require cannot be provided, but you have paid Coffs Coast Concierge to connect you with a service, we will provide a refund of the funds you have paid to us. If you have paid the supplier directly, you must contact the supplier for a refund.
Product Information
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on www.coffscoastconcierge.com.au are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. Coffs Coast Concierge will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with the product descriptions and pricing however we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If an error is discovered in the price of the item (s) you have ordered, we will inform you and issue a full refund as soon as possible. Coffs Coast Concierge shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for an item which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched, Coffs Coast Concierge will cancel and refund your order. Orders will not be confirmed/dispatched until payment in full has been received and Coffs Coast Concierge is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Hire
All hire bookings are based on on the term of your length of stay. If the items you have hired are returned to Coffs Coast Concierge in a damaged or unreasonable state, the cost to replace the item will be charge to the bond on your accommodation. Claiming an amount of your bond is at the discretion of Coffs Coast Concierge and the property manager for Coffs Coast Accommodation and Luxury Beach Getaways.
