We pick up your Coles on-Line order.

Take the stress out of grocery shopping after a long drive, and leave it to us!  We pick up your groceries, deliver them to your holiday home and unpack them into your fridge and pantry - all before you arrive.  After all - you are on holiday!

Our delivery and unpacking service charge calculated at 30% of your grocery bill, with a minimum charge of $100, plus GST. A $15 surcharge applies to groceries being delivered from 20 December - 4 January 2023.

A $50 travel surcharge applies to holiday homes in Nana Glen and Safety Beach. We do not deliver to Valla Beach.

Please note you must be a guest at our participating holiday homes to use this service, and you must order online with Coles, selecting their Moonee Beach store.

Instructions:  

1. Call us first to check our availability, Call 0449 17 18 17.

2. Go www.coles.com.au

• Choose Click and Collect – not delivery
• Choose Collection from: Coles Moonee Beach 
• Choose Date: Your arrival date
• Choose Time: 10am -12pm
• How would you like your groceries bagged: Choose "Bag My Groceries".

3. Once you have paid for your order and received your Coles email confirmation, please forward the order confirmation to melissa@coffscoastconcierge.com.au. In your email to us, please include the name your holiday home as well as your arrival date. 

4. Our team will send you a secure payment link. Payment must be received prior to pick up and delivery.
